Creative Project Manager (Account Manager Level)

The Works has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager level Creative Project Manager to work on a number of exciting accounts
As a Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering ‘the works’, ensuring delivery of all client work is on time, on budget and to a high standard. This job is about making things happen and building strong relationships with your clients and across the agency.
  • Effectively support the creative process by negotiating sufficient time and budget for the agency to do its best work, gathering client and category knowledge, being a creative thinker and expressing an informed point of view
  • Deliver end to end project management and manage multiple projects at a time
  • Ability to manage a project autonomously and be the day to day point of client contact, maintaining a positive and proactive relationship
  • Build a strong partnership with your Creative Project Leader to grow your account(s)
  • Build meaningful relationships with key creative and digital specialists across the agency
  • Support and in some cases, lead the financial management of your accounts including accurate cost estimates, forecasting, timely invoicing and ability to seek out new projects to generate additional revenue
  • Develop comprehensive briefs and educate clients on the creative and production processes

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Solid Account Manager with experience working in an integrated agency

Business Development Coordinator

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the new business and client services team through client relationship building, managing new business opportunities and pitches, maintaining our CRM system and organising events. You will be passionate about the marketing and advertising industry and ambitious to create great work.

As part of this role you will also support the team with managing all internal projects for The Works and with progression go on to manage your own client projects.

Main Duties

  • Effectively support the new business and pitch processes
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining our new business CRM system
  • Chair the weekly new business meeting
  • Respond to RFQ’s & RFI’s
  • Maintain and organise new business pitch decks, credential documents, case studies and agency information
  • Create and organise comms and new business materials for prospective clients
  • Book and organise conferences and new business speaking opportunities
  • Organise key new business internal and external events
  • Conduct competitor research
  • Support end to end project management and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, prospective clients and build strong relationships with key clients
  • Build strong internal partnerships and be the key support for the new business team, project management team and leadership team
  • Manage and deliver all internal projects
  • Maintain the current website with relevant content for prospective clients
  • Work with the in-house content team to identify content needs for new business and thought leadership to drive awareness for new business prospects
  • Manage the industry awards process, identifying when awards are, organising and managing creation of awards materials and presentations and writing award submissions when needed
